📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily on customer sites.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services while performing minor repairs within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper operation, addressing identified issues and/or escalating them per established protocols.

• Coordinates services, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
