Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and performs technical maintenance on hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts routine inspections, cleaning, and additional services, as well as executing minor repairs within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any identified issues, escalating them as per established protocols when necessary.

• Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided and have a clear understanding of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required education or an equivalent level of work experience.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience within Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
