• Installs, troubleshoots, and delivers technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.
• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, while performing minor repairs on products within a designated territory.
• Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates matters as per established protocols.
• Arranges service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.
• Educational qualifications or equivalent professional experience are necessary.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of pertinent experience or a suitable combination of education and experience in Field Services is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the fleet requirements of DN are mandatory.
