Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of both product and component hardware and software.

• Conducts regular inspections, cleaning, and various services, along with performing minor repairs on products.

• Evaluates products for proper functionality and addresses any identified issues, escalating them according to established protocols when necessary.

• Organizes service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards are necessary.
