Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and providing technical maintenance for ATMs, retail, and other equipment within a designated customer and/or product area.

• Executes all incident management, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and customer training tasks as follows: Incident Management: Employs diagnostic tools to conduct troubleshooting through comprehensive analysis of hardware and software failures.

• Conducts hardware repairs at the component level.

• Cleans and adjusts mechanical parts.

• Configures and installs relevant software.

• Preventive Maintenance: Carries out routine inspections in accordance with documented procedures.

• Replenishes consumables as instructed.

• IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, modifies, and removes hardware and software products.

• Customer Training: Educates and trains customers on the operation and usage of installed hardware and software.

• Additionally, performs the following: Process Tasks: Receives incident briefings and orders from the dispatch function.

• Updates the dispatch function regarding any unforeseen issues.

• Provides comprehensive briefings on all completed activities.

• Proactively communicates with customers about status, progress, and results.

• Continuous Process Improvement: Identifies technical or process-related problems, informing the manager and other pertinent personnel while suggesting improvement strategies.

• Actively utilizes corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information collection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet requirements.
