This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Installs, troubleshoots, and performs technical maintenance for both product and component hardware and software, primarily on client sites.
β’ Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and additional services, and carries out minor repairs on products within a designated area.
β’ Evaluates products for proper functionality, addresses identified issues, and escalates matters as per established protocols.
β’ Organizes service appointments, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.
β’ A degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in Field Services.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DN's fleet standards.
