• You will be the initial point of contact when customers receive their equipment.
• All service calls and client inquiries must be addressed promptly within your designated area (including weekends, evenings, and holidays).
• Responses to all service calls and client requests must be conducted on-site within 24 hours.
• Supporting documentation following each service call and site visit is mandatory.
• Bi-weekly site visits for equipment maintenance are required; this schedule will be managed independently, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Monitor “Fleet Complete” to assess the condition of equipment on-site.
• Provide on-site equipment service, engage with consultants to discuss issues, inspect equipment, and troubleshoot any problems.
• Train customers (across all shifts) on the correct usage and maintenance of the equipment.
• Submit daily reports on assets and their performance.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some training in electrical and/or mechanical fields is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
• TDG, First Aid, H2S, and WHMIS/GHS certifications are considered an asset.
• Must have knowledge of current safety regulations, including those applicable to client sites.
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and engine maintenance (such as oil changes, replacing air filters, and fuel pumps).
• Experience with hand tools, drills, and volt meters is essential.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence; a self-starter is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
