Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the installation and upkeep of ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.

• Set up, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment along with Cash Depot products.

• Conduct cash replenishment and coin removal as per the established schedule and requests.

• Collaborate with the territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests as arranged and requested.

• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or relevant Cash Depot personnel.

• Communicate inventory and support needs to ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled tasks.

• Perform administrative duties meticulously and within the designated time frame.

• Uphold essential departmental metrics regarding efficiency, safety, first-time fix rate, and other key performance indicators important to Cash Depot and our clients.

• Support fellow technicians and assist in training or conducting ride-along sessions as required.

• Adhere to all security protocols and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility for insurance through the Company’s risk insurer.

• Capability to drive a vehicle for over 50% of the work shift.

• Ability to safely lift and perform tasks associated with the position.

• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical tasks.

• Ability to comply with the guidelines outlined in the Field Service Handbook.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, multitask effectively, think critically, and solve problems accurately and thoroughly.

• Capacity to adapt to changes in the workplace or modifications in duties assigned.
