Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• As a Service Technician, you will visit both residential and commercial clients to install, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps and/or boilers.

• You quickly assess situations, independently address technical issues, and ensure accurate documentation of your interventions.

• Each day, you depart from home with a fully equipped service vehicle that is stocked overnight, focusing on delivering quality service and achieving high customer satisfaction.

• Additionally, you participate in an on-call service, where most issues can be resolved over the phone.

• If necessary, you will provide support to less experienced technicians in their tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with heating and cooling systems.

• Valid refrigeration technician certification.

• Technical diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or electromechanics.

• Strong communication skills (NL/FR; basic English is a plus).

• You are administratively precise and interested in new technologies.

• Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and willing to continuously learn.

• You hold a valid driver's license (B) and can provide a criminal record extract.
