Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Deliver both remote and on-site technical assistance for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems.

• Assess, prioritize, and respond to work orders; troubleshoot, service, and resolve issues effectively.

• Implement a preventive maintenance program.

• Provide high-quality field services to all BD clients.

• Keep an accurate inventory of small parts.

• Engage in ongoing training and self-development to understand the company's products and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant field service experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a combination of Hardware/Software/IT support for both proprietary and standard applications.

• Required 24/7 on-call experience in a customer-facing or field service setting.

• Strong mechanical, computing, verbal, written communication, and time management skills are essential.

• Required knowledge of computer electronics, Windows OS, and network systems.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and comply with BD's auto safety regulations.
