• Install, test, and commission new centrifuge equipment at client locations.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities on centrifuge equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and failures.
• Implement field upgrades and modifications to current equipment.
• Deliver training to clients on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of centrifuge equipment.
• Keep precise records of service activities and generate comprehensive reports.
• Respond swiftly to customer service requests and inquiries.
• Suggest replacement and/or spare parts for acquisition.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing work.
• High school diploma with over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Associate degree or technical certification in electro-mechanical technology (or a related field), along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents (e.g., engineering drawings, manuals, BOMs, etc.).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to write clear service reports and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A valid passport (or the ability to obtain one).
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Electronics Technician (CET) are advantageous.
• English is the primary language; multilingual abilities are a plus.
