Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines.

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and emergency requests.

• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and carry out assigned service activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist customers with technical questions.

• Report on trends, requirements, and service-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum age of 21 years.

• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Capable of obtaining a gaming license as needed.

• Willingness to travel daily within the designated territory.

• Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.

• Enthusiasm for technology and problem-solving.
