Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signage, and gaming controllers.

• Conduct routine maintenance on gaming machines.

• Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and emergency calls.

• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, adhere to the schedule, and execute assigned service tasks.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and comply with the parts inventory process.

• Assist customers with technical questions and provide necessary documentation.

• Report on trends, requirements, and service-related challenges.

• Review pre-installation documents to assess parts requirements for installation completion.

• Accurately gather and report service activities using field service management reporting tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.

• Ability to obtain a gaming license as necessary.

• Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, highly organized, and proactive.

• A strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
