Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate an outstanding customer service experience, enhance customer satisfaction, boost customer retention, and drive profitability.

• Provide exceptional customer support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, which in turn improves customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Execute electronic and mechanical repairs, document service reports, and foster strong customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete assigned small field projects.

• Technically proficient; innovative, quick to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.

• Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills for documenting detailed reports and effectively communicating with both internal and external customers.

• Flexible and open to a dynamic schedule and working environment.

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check.

• Capable of safely and successfully performing the essential physical functions of the job (refer to application screening questions for further details).

• Required to obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge in accordance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, as well as the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) and be authorized to access and handle Sensitive Security Information (SSI).

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane both domestically and internationally, including having the required Real ID and Passport for international travel.
