Field Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Install and deploy new systems

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on systems

• Offer remote technical support for systems

• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and diagnose failure sources

• Complete reporting and documentation for maintenance and services

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Computer Engineering (Bachelor's preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service for medical systems (imaging; 5+ years in MRI preferred)

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary capital equipment service

• Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Capability to resolve hardware electronic issues (both analog and digital)

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and networking problems

• Skill in interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions

• “Hands-on” approach to work

• Highly organized and attentive to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Availability to travel approximately 80%
