
Field Service Representative – Biomolecular, Genomics, Cell Analysis Instrumentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Travel to various customer locations to deliver services.
• Install and enhance hardware, software, and network products as well as configurations at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve product performance challenges.
• Provide maintenance and repair services.
• Proactively identify potential equipment issues to avert unexpected disruptions in customers' operations.
• Deliver comprehensive integrated solutions (excluding the design phase), which may encompass peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Maintain professional performance in alignment with established metrics, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, focusing on details, taking proactive measures, and making timely escalations when necessary.
• A bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering), or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or as an end user.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agilent solutions is advantageous.
• Experience with liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, characterized by clarity, respect, and promptness.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
