Field Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement seasonal go-to-market and service strategies throughout the Greater Chicago area and Milwaukee regions.

• Foster brand expansion, awareness, and sell-through by providing impactful retail support, engaging with the community, and coordinating field activations.

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, specialty retail accounts, and cross-functional teams to carry out activation plans.

• Assist retail partners through in-person visits, product demonstrations, and engagement on the sales floor.

• Deliver clear and engaging product presentations to educate and inspire both retail staff and consumers.

• Execute merchandising and promotional activations utilizing product and point-of-purchase materials.

• Represent Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos.

• Complete thorough, accurate, and timely activity reports using designated tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in specialty retail (preferably in run or outdoor specialty).

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or field service.

• Knowledge of the Altra product line.

• Experience in fitting and selling technical footwear.

• Strong skills in time management, planning, and organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook.

• Access to reliable transportation.
