This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assisting our clients with on-site setup, implementation, upkeep, and repair of both company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
• Installs and enhances hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer locations.
• Identifies and resolves product performance issues.
• Conducts maintenance and repair activities.
• Guarantees customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect product performance.
• Anticipates potential equipment problems to avert unplanned disruptions in clients' operations.
• Delivers fully integrated solutions, which may encompass peripherals, communication systems, operating systems, and application software.
• Educates other field engineers and customers on the solutions provided.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field – such as chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or an equivalent college degree accompanied by relevant work experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving is crucial.
• Familiarity with Agilent Instruments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication skills.
• A willingness to travel and meet with clients, with a travel expectation of 25%.
