This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct inspections, overhauls/repairs, training, and provide field services support along with troubleshooting capabilities for Celeros and third-party control and isolation valve products.
• Implement the site support components of QOC Maintenance Best Practices in collaboration with Service/Aftermarket and OE Engineering Teams.
• Diagnose operational issues on-site or remotely through telephone or other communication methods.
• Offer technical and product assistance to clients regarding the variety of Celeros and non-Celeros Quick Opening Closures (QOCs).
• Assist in or perform necessary on-site inspections and repairs of installed QOC equipment to confirm equipment functionality and compile summary reports.
• Be prepared to travel within and outside the employment areas on short notice.
• Provide training to end-user personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of Celeros valve and QOC products.
• Support the preparation of RAMS and other service-related documentation.
• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable position following apprenticeship (or similar).
• A higher-level technical qualification in an engineering discipline, such as HNC, Associate Degree, or Master Craftsman's Certificate.
• Experience in field service or workshop service related to both legacy and current ranges of Closure products and associated equipment.
• Relevant training and qualifications to operate in offshore environments and remote or hazardous areas would be advantageous.
• A valid driving license.
• Completion of work assignments and travel to various sites, training sessions, seminars, etc.
• International travel will be necessary across the regions of the Middle East, Caspian, and Turkey.
• Preference for formal training from a control valve manufacturer.
