Field Service Engineer – Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take a key role in the installation, servicing, PLC programming/troubleshooting, and support of capital equipment.

• Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLC systems along with other automation controls.

• Diagnose customer equipment issues on-site and deliver prompt solutions.

• Assist with the on-site installation and upgrades of machinery.

• Perform routine and emergency servicing while identifying issues.

• Provide training for customer operation and maintenance personnel, with a strong focus on safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Controls.

• A two-year post-high school diploma/certificate in electro-mechanical technology or a comparable associate/technical degree OR a high school diploma accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience in PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting PLC systems and other automation controls.

• Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent customer relations skills.
