• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance, retrofitting, upgrades, and system installations.
• Cultivate and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Swiftly address customer inquiries, quality assurance, and medical safety concerns.
• Oversee daily scheduling while ensuring effective and timely communication with customers, dispatch, managers, and both regional and cross-functional teams.
• Fulfill all administrative duties promptly and accurately.
• Support Sales, Clinical, and In-house teams, including other Field Engineers, as required.
• Manage inventory effectively, maintain precise records, and promptly return unused or defective parts.
• Advocate for service contract offerings and aid the Inside Sales Specialist in promoting service agreements to customers within the designated territory.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent amount of directly related experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
