Field Service Engineer – Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with offering technical assistance to our clients.

• Provide exceptional support to customers, which includes installations, training, maintenance (both corrective and preventive), and telephone assistance.

• Conduct on-site system installations and deliver practical user training to customers.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure long-lasting business partnerships.

• Generate both external and internal activity reports, utilizing the company's specialized software for reporting purposes.

• Serve as a bridge between factory experts and customers to address and resolve complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 / Bac +5) in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or a related field.

• Preferable experience in mass spectrometry and/or microbiology.

• Technical competency to perform instrument maintenance.

• Strong technical expertise acquired from research or industrial settings.

• Excellent teaching abilities and patience.

• Proficient problem-solving capabilities.

• Logical reasoning skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• IT proficiency, including network configuration, client/server architecture, middleware, and familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written).

• A valid driver's license (category B) is mandatory.

• A valid passport without travel restrictions for Europe or the USA is required.
