Field Service Engineer – Production Print

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Maintain, repair, and optimize production print devices: Conduct maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers to ensure optimal functionality.

• Stay informed about software updates and technical bulletins, maintaining devices at their highest performance level.

• Calibrate and profile printers for color precision, enhancing output quality.

• Participate in major installations and projects: Collaborate with key stakeholders on large installations to guarantee success.

• Ensure all tasks are performed to high standards, fulfilling customer expectations.

• Engage proactively with customers: Provide outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships and offering proactive assistance.

• Offer training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.

• Drive continuous improvement: Identify performance enhancement opportunities and resolve issues independently.

• Ensure all activities are documented accurately in accordance with Canon guidelines and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You possess industry experience in servicing Toner, Inkjet, or Wide Format production printers, or related fields.

• Technical skills: Demonstrated proficiency in printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with color management software like Adobe Colour or PrismaSync Tools is an advantage.

• Problem-solving: Strong communication and analytical skills, adept in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.
