This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver exceptional customer support through on-site installations.
• Supervise essential diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of intricate equipment and systems.
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp their analytical workflows and customize service offerings accordingly.
• Boost account profitability through effective service delivery and by identifying potential revenue opportunities.
• Manage assigned assets, which include tools, testing equipment, telecommunications gear, and inventory of service parts.
• Fulfill all administrative responsibilities, such as time reporting and completing required training.
• BA/Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, including military experience, along with 3 years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair.
• Associate Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, including military experience, plus 5 years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair.
• High School Diploma coupled with 7+ years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair.
• Comprehensive knowledge of analytical equipment, laboratory settings, and/or instrument control software.
• Certification from a vendor on pertinent laboratory equipment.
• Understanding of laboratory safety protocols as established by the Company and/or the customer’s site safety guidelines.
• Willingness to travel by air, vehicle, and/or other transportation methods as business needs arise.
