• Assist clients with the on-site setup, preventive maintenance, and repair of Agilent Cellular Analysis instruments.
• Install and fine-tune hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve product performance issues.
• Conduct maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing guidance on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect product performance.
• Actively address potential equipment or software challenges to avert unexpected disruptions to customers' operations.
• Offer comprehensive integrated solutions, which may encompass peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Act as an internal resource for technical matters and manage product escalations.
• Work collaboratively with Agilent teams, including Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to deliver solutions to customers.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other university-level degree in a scientific field—such as biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related discipline—is highly preferred; applicants with equivalent education, training, and experience may also be considered.
• Over 4 years of experience with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to address high-impact issues related to product availability; typically focused on system/solution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in building customer relationships are essential.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
• Company Vehicle Program: Vehicle mileage reimbursement is available for this territory.
