Field Service Engineer, Multimodality Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service by following customer entitlements.

• Set clear expectations and fulfill commitments to effectively address and resolve customer needs.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and competitive landscape to drive service revenue.

• Actively engage as a member of the regional work team; enhance team processes and identify areas for training improvement.

• Carry out administrative responsibilities within established regulatory guidelines and deadlines, including timesheets, service work orders, and expense reports.

• Execute preventive maintenance, field change orders, installations, and all related tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Approximately 70% travel within the assigned geographical area is necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service setting (field or hospital-based).

• Preferred experience includes Philips Diagnostic X-ray (DXR) training.

• Capability to comprehend and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles for the installation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment.

• Associate Degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be able to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.

• Availability to work flexible hours according to business needs, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.

• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; must wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
