This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Accountable for managing customer relationships by effectively utilizing technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer locations nationwide.
β’ Provide outstanding customer service by establishing clear expectations, fulfilling commitments and scheduled arrival times, and efficiently resolving customer issues.
β’ Cultivate strong customer relationships by comprehending their business context while contributing to the growth of service revenue.
β’ Work collaboratively as an integral member of the regional team to enhance processes, identify training needs, and share best practices.
β’ Consistently broaden capabilities by acquiring knowledge of new tools and gaining qualifications across various modalities as required.
β’ Execute all necessary administrative and compliance tasks in line with company policies as well as state and federal regulations.
β’ Identify and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools, resources, and escalation methods.
β’ Conduct preventative maintenance, field modifications, installations, and corrective services within specified timeframes.
β’ Travel extensively (approximately 90%) with a primary focus on the assigned territory to support customer locations.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in diagnostic imaging service (either in the field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service setting.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment.
β’ Strong technical aptitude with the capability to apply principles of electronics, mechanics, and networking to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems.
β’ Possess an associate degree in electronics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
β’ Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in regulated service environments.
β’ Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of a field service position.
