• Successfully complete the designated On the Job Training (OJT) aimed at achieving instrument certification.
• Safeguard, oversee, and maintain company assets (including traveling inventory, company vehicles, testing equipment, tools, etc.) in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Respond to service calls and return customer messages promptly, ensuring adherence to service department policy and practice expectations.
• Keep accurate records of all work conducted and training completed.
• Timely and accurately complete departmental and customer documentation.
• Finish assigned formal training with a score of 75% or higher on all assessments.
• Follow and comply with company policies.
• Exhibit professionalism and take pride in personal appearance while adhering to policy guidelines.
• Maintain a positive demeanor towards all employees and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your resident state and ensure your vehicle is insured at all times.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, hand tools, and computers.
• Must qualify for and obtain a company credit card.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel up to 25% (both internationally and domestically).
