• Service, install, assess, and maintain medical imaging equipment throughout the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems along with computer components to align with OEM specifications and meet customer expectations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and address advanced electronic, mechanical, and network-related challenges.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during on-site visits and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and contribute to the improvement of engineering competency.
• Deliver timely project updates, insights, and responses to technical inquiries to facilitate decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document new processes and provide training to end users, while also supporting additional duties as required.
• Ensure accurate completion of updates, calibrations, or repairs by performing tests or diagnostics.
• Preferred Experience: 3-7 years in medical imaging engineering or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will possess 1-3+ years of GE CT/MR service experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mechanical aptitude and robust problem-solving skills, utilizing critical thinking, initiative, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including clear verbal and written communication and positive interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Flexibility, professionalism, and sound decision-making when addressing issues in fast-paced or challenging environments.
• High attention to detail with consistent follow-through, ensuring precise documentation, safe work practices, and high-quality results.
• Proficiency with computers and related tools, such as Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, hardware troubleshooting, and database entry/management.
