
Field Service Engineer – EV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver technical support for EV products to dealership and end user service teams as needed.
• Ensure that dealership management is aware of the technician training requirements for EV products to enhance repair capabilities.
• Create technical support publications related to EV powertrains.
• Assist in the development of service labor time standards for EV powertrain repairs.
• Address training requests concerning EV powertrains from dealerships.
• Collaborate with product development and current model engineering on projects related to EV powertrains.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of technical service experience with an automotive manufacturer (OEM) and dealership engagement.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive diagnosis and repair (in dealership and/or independent settings).
• All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in automotive-related fields is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes 2 or more years in EV powertrains and/or infrastructure.
