This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct visits to clients for preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Perform on-site installations of Imaging Solutions, including setting up network configurations.
• Provide precise reporting, manage and submit Salesforce reports, expenses, stock management, and other essential service documentation and process transactions promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the DP product specialist EMEA, the Business Unit, and the LBS Field Service team to enhance reliability and gather insights for Imaging Solutions technical support.
• Work in partnership with the sales team to assist with tasks such as basic customer training, installations, demonstrations, and configuring systems on the customer’s network.
• Proficiency in network configuration and setup, including firewalls and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtual machines (VMs), and a working knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Digital Pathology Integration solutions and software installations is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 25kg.
