Field Service Engineer, Cryogenic Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Install, modify, repair, troubleshoot, and conduct preventive maintenance on cryogenic storage systems.

• Assist customers in utilizing automated cryo storage solutions while ensuring peak system performance.

• Uphold a secure and compliant work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

• Diligently document service activities through Service Reports, Status Reports, and performance summaries.

• Adapt effectively to shifting priorities, including responding to system alerts and escalations.

• Serve as a liaison for customers and internal Azenta management.

• Deliver weekly summaries of system performance and assist with KPI measurement requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical technical training.

• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience, or equivalent military technical training.

• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.

• Proficient in clear and professional communication in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain a valid passport during employment.

• Capable of successfully completing background screening requirements.

• Reside on the US East Coast with easy access to a major airport.
