This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide support for various issues to customers both online and offline.
• Respond promptly (typically within 24 hours) to customer inquiries or complaints, and visit customers if necessary.
• Manage RMA processes in CRM and document returns for customers in the online list.
• Plan services for the upcoming week, including scheduling customer visits for service purposes.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review issues and RMAs within the team and ensure collaboration.
• Prepare a basic monthly report summarizing key activities.
• Adhere to the task list related to the call center project according to the specified timeline.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective communication.
• Provide feedback or analysis reports as needed.
• Foster strong communication and relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Deliver training to customers regarding products or Ananda link.
• Review the service process collectively to improve efficiency.
• Assist customers with additional support, such as business assistance.
• Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
• Over 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred skills in PCBA welding.
• At least a secondary level of education.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages, with strong communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system.
