This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide specific support for various issues to customers both online and offline.
β’ Respond promptly (typically within 24 hours) to customer inquiries or complaints, and visit customers when necessary.
β’ Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in the CRM system and document customer returns in the online list.
β’ Plan services for the upcoming week, ensuring increased visits to customer locations for service.
β’ Conduct weekly meetings to review issues and RMAs within the team and ensure collaboration.
β’ Prepare a basic monthly report detailing primary activities.
β’ Adhere to the task list associated with the call center project according to the timeline.
β’ Conduct regular customer visits and maintain effective communication.
β’ Provide feedback or analysis reports as needed.
β’ Foster good communication and relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
β’ Conduct training sessions for customers on products or the Ananda link.
β’ Collaborate on service process reviews to enhance efficiency.
β’ Offer additional support during customer visits as required, including business support.
β’ Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
β’ Preferred skills in PCBA welding.
β’ At least a secondary level of education.
β’ Proficiency in English and Chinese as working languages, coupled with strong communication skills.
β’ Solid knowledge of MS Office and any ERP system.
