Field Service Engineer – Bioprocess

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Plan and coordinate activities related to the installation of equipment.

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues with equipment.

• Offer guidance on the proper use and maintenance of instruments to customers.

• Organize and schedule preventive maintenance visits.

• Maintain ongoing communication with other company personnel.

• Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with field service staff and the sales team.

• Identify opportunities to enhance after-sales support services.

• Adhere to the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Policy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid driving license.

• Familiarity with life sciences or service industries and customer bases (preferred).

• Relevant engineering or scientific education.

• Experience in a service support role within a similar industry (preferred).
