This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Focus on the setup, technical enhancement, and troubleshooting of equipment at client sites.
• Organize, oversee, and track assigned equipment installation projects.
• Generate comprehensive inspection reports detailing the condition of equipment and process efficiency.
• Engage with clients to understand project specifications and devise equipment solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure that installed equipment meets relevant standards, codes, policies, practices, and specifications.
• Offer off-site technical support to clients.
• Execute activities safely in accordance with company procedures, ensuring all work is accurately documented.
• Develop and nurture both new and existing accounts, managing sales opportunities.
• A Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• A Mechanical Engineering degree is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in field engineering, project management, field operations, or equipment integration.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with practical, hands-on experience.
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and CAD diagrams.
• Experience with hand tools and performing electrical wiring in the field is required.
• Physical capabilities include lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for over 8 hours.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to write technical reports or documentation.
• Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs, including basic programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions with minimal supervision, while also effectively collaborating as part of a cross-functional team.
