This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee field service operations for GE Vernova's Solar and Storage Solutions division.
• Deliver on-site services and technical guidance for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of solar inverters and battery energy storage systems.
• Execute electrical, instrumentation, and control system tasks, including cable routing and terminations, loop checks, instrument calibration, safety and alarm system adjustments, software installation and configuration, system startup, and testing.
• Provide direct service tasks and technical supervision to skilled labor at client locations.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely, meets high-quality standards, and adheres to GE procedures, manuals, and work instructions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication, adherence to contracts, and fulfillment of safety, quality, and delivery expectations.
• Lead operational processes related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost in fulfilling service business commitments.
• Convey goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities internally within GE.
• Safeguard GE's reputation and technology in the marketplace.
• Foster employee engagement to attain excellence in service management metrics.
• A minimum of a college degree (Bachelor's or Associate's in Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of field service experience in power electronics, manufacturing, or testing.
• Knowledge of solar, storage, and/or power electronics products as well as related business processes.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.
• Position located in the USA, requiring domestic travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior experience with Lean continuous improvement is preferred.
