Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical assistance to Topcon customers

• Conduct independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Topcon’s diverse range of Eyecare equipment

• Work collaboratively with other Field Service Engineers (FSEs), the Field Service Manager, Sales Representatives, and various internal teams

• Oversee and manage field inventory, tools, testing equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned resources

• Prepare and submit relevant field service documentation accurately and promptly

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of pertinent work experience

• Prior experience as a field service professional or in a similar role is preferred

• CompTIA Network+ certification or a background in networking is preferred

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
