Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for service interventions for customers in Moravia and Bohemia.

• Occasionally participate in scheduled services in Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovenia.

• Provide technical advice to clients.

• Analyze the causes of malfunctions.

• Offer remote support during regular working hours.

• Timely and accurately report personal activities in the CRM system.

• Manage open service cases effectively.

• Supply documentation for invoicing to colleagues in the office.

• Build strong relationships with customers and promote Stäubli as a long-term partner and solution provider.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, and industrial communication.

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance.

• Experience with industrial robots is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• A resilient and independent personality.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate even in challenging situations.

• An active driver, with readiness to spend approximately 80% of working hours at customer sites and on the road.

• Proficiency in English for working within an international team.

• Ideally, reside somewhere between Humpolec and Brno as a starting point.
