Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conducting field service tasks including on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and repair work;

• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt, clear communication and superior service delivery;

• Being ready to travel at short notice to assist other Field Service Engineers as required;

• Completing all necessary documentation in a timely manner;

• Reporting any product quality concerns to the relevant parties;

• Collaborating closely with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists;

• Effectively fulfilling core responsibilities while achieving KPIs that assess performance and impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems is essential, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries;

• Willingness to travel on short notice within the UK and Europe, which may require at least 60% overnight travel;

• Educational qualifications equivalent to at least one of the following: Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;

• Outstanding time management and planning abilities, with a talent for collaboratively prioritizing workload;

• Strong customer-oriented mindset;

• Self-motivated and a team player;

• Valid passport and driving license.
