• Coordinating and executing service tasks in the field, including on-site installations and preventative maintenance.
• Conducting emergency repair visits within the designated territory.
• Offering remote support via telephone assistance.
• Being prepared to travel on short notice to assist other Field Service Engineers as required.
• Ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
• Reporting any product quality concerns to the relevant individuals.
• Collaborating closely with Territory Sales staff and Field Applications Specialists.
• Managing accounts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Gathering and sharing leads, while identifying opportunities for post-instrument sales, upgrades, and consumables.
• Prior experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Experience with Liquid Handling products is a plus.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.
• Educational background equivalent to at least an Associate's degree or relevant experience in an engineering field.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up abilities.
• Self-driven and a team-oriented individual.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Valid Passport.
