📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and maintenance services to clients in the field.

• Travel to client locations for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.

• Perform regular maintenance checks and offer technical assistance as needed.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Record service activities and maintain precise documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Electro mechanics, mechanics, electricity, electro technics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• A customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.

• Proficiency in English.

• Basic computer skills (minimum MS Office proficiency).

• Familiarity with PLC programming, particularly Siemens, is a plus.
