• Services encompass corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning, installation of equipment, as well as software and hardware upgrades.
• Engaging actively in the sales process and offering expert technical assistance throughout the entire lifecycle of customer relationships, from pre-sales to implementation and post-sales support.
• Taking charge of managing and supporting technical escalations until resolution, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed on progress in accordance with company procedures.
• Delivering top-tier service to our customers through technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment by identifying the most cost-effective repair solutions to minimize customer downtime.
• Sustaining a high level of expertise through ongoing training and development, staying updated on new technologies pertinent to your area of expertise, and embracing new technology.
• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting medical devices, particularly CT, MRI, and DXR (Diagnostic X-Ray) or an equivalent.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Malacca.
• Strong execution capabilities and a keen desire for success.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to quickly identify customer needs, adapt to their social styles, and meet their practical requirements.
• Capability to work independently and possess effective communication skills.
• Proficient IT, electronic, mechanical, and electrical skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
