Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment solutions on-site.

• Conduct start-up testing and provide training to customers.

• Schedule tasks at customer job locations.

• Troubleshoot issues utilizing technical drawings and documentation.

• Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency service requests as needed.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proficient time management skills.

• Focus on customer service.

• Proficiency with Windows platforms.

• Familiarity with mechanical platforms.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Associate's Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
