This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver expert onsite technical assistance for the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and related equipment.
• Act as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring peak system performance while adhering to OEM and industry standards.
• Diagnose intricate mechanical, electrical, and control system problems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Reduce system downtime through effective root cause analysis and corrective measures.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, which includes inspections, calibration, and component replacement.
• Quickly respond to customer service inquiries and carry out onsite repairs with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide technical training to clients on the safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic equipment.
• Compile detailed field service reports, maintain precise service records, and document equipment history.
• Adhere to Nikkiso’s safety protocols and foster a robust safety culture.
• 3–5 years of experience with cryogenic systems or closely related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex technical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems effectively.
• Experience in planning and executing field service operations and preventive maintenance programs.
