This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Install, maintain, and repair testing systems such as drop-weight towers, torsion systems, temperature chambers, and medical testing apparatus.
• Calibrate instruments in accordance with relevant standards and generate ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration documentation.
• Diagnose issues with electronic and electro-mechanical devices utilizing schematic and mechanical drawings.
• Provide training to clients on the operation and software of machinery.
• Collaborate with the service scheduler to efficiently carry out assignments across a nationwide territory, requiring 90% or more travel.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must meet the eligibility criteria for A2LA and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
• Previous experience with universal destructive testing machines and/or technical metrology/calibration is highly preferred.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, with the company covering 80% of the premium and the candidate responsible for 20%.
• 401k plan with a 100% match on the first 3% contributed and a smaller match on the next 4%, 5%, or 6% contributed. Eligibility for 401k begins after 6 months of employment.
• Company vehicle available for personal use.
• $55 per diem for meals.
• Annual bonus of up to $5,000 distributed in 5 increments based on individual and company performance.
