This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair computer-controlled servo-hydraulic and electro-mechanical testing systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system problems.
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering and laboratory teams.
• Professionally manage service documentation and communicate with customers.
• Practical technical experience in relevant areas (typically 2–4 years).
• An associate degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using tools, wiring, mechanical assemblies, and technical systems.
• 5–10+ years of experience in supporting electro-mechanical, hydraulic, or industrial equipment (for seasoned professionals).
• A valid driver’s license and the capability to meet company vehicle standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers.
