This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Oversee intricate installation, maintenance, and repair initiatives for equipment installed by customers, ensuring peak performance and high customer satisfaction.

• Offer specialized technical consultation, including the commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced equipment systems.

• Identify and propose innovative product enhancements and solutions to improve customer operations.

• Guide and impart technical expertise to team members while coordinating field service tasks.
