This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products.
• Ensure compliance with service agreements and warranty commitments.
• Deliver technical assistance to end-users and facilitate training sessions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all product-related issues.
• Execute all administrative tasks while maintaining records and comprehensive reports.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of preferred Field Service Experience.
• An Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience is preferred.
• A demonstrated ability in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Familiarity with O.R. protocols and HIPAA standards is essential.
