This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Diagnose and execute repairs on a diverse array of medical imaging equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and dependability across healthcare facilities in Scotland.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Work in close collaboration with local Sales and Clinical Applications teams to address customer needs and promote solution-focused service delivery.
• Identify and facilitate business growth opportunities within the region by utilizing technical knowledge and fostering customer relationships.
• Provide remote technical support to customers as needed, ensuring quick resolutions and an exceptional customer experience.
• Qualified Technician or Engineer, or equivalent professional experience in the field of medical devices.
• Experience in Field Service within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve intricate equipment issues.
• Self-driven and independent, able to work with minimal supervision while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
• Customer-oriented mindset, possessing excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Capable of managing differing opinions with tact and professionalism.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Valid UK driving license is required for travel throughout Scotland.
